ZOOM Classes

You can join an online Pilates class with mutiple participants for £10.

To do this hit the Classes/Events button  below and then the 'book' button.  Available dates will show up and when you click on the date you prefer the time the class is happening will show.

For £40 you can book a one on one online lesson. Hit the appointments button for this.

For £80 I'll travel to a venue of your choosing in the Central London area and give a one hour class. You can invite as many participants as you choose. They'll need a mat and to be dressed in loose clothing. Access to a large mirror is beneficial but not essential.
